QuestionWhen attempting to Submit the Add Employee form, why am I receiving the message: "Attention Required - This email is already used by another user. Please use an another one." ?
Answer
The email entered for the New Employee has already been used to register a Checkpoint Learning user. Checkpoint Learning requires each user to have a unique email address.
