Answer
Issue:
Installing and running Reference Library in a Windows 7 and Internet Explorer 9 environment may result in pop-ups being blocked and various functionality being disabled. Running the appropriate Registry edit will resolve this issue.

Solution:
Install the appropriate registry edit for your version of Windows 7:

Windows 7 32bit:
http://ppc.thomson.com.edgesuite.net/IE9 Fix/IE9Fix-32Bit.reg

Windows 7 64bit:
http://ppc.thomson.com.edgesuite.net/IE9 Fix/IE9Fix-64Bit.reg

Note: You can determine your version windows by opening the ‘Control Panel’ and selecting ‘System’.

Double click the registry fix file after downloading it and saving it to your local machine from one of the links above. During the install process, allow any actions that you are prompted for via a pop-up dialog. When the fix install is complete, a message will display stating that the install was successful and what changes were made to the registry.
