QuestionHow do I enter my security information so that I don't have to enter it upon receipt of a new disk? When do I need to enter a product access code?
Answer
When you purchase a new PPC Library disc, you will receive a master password. Be sure to enter this password during the install procedure. This password is stored in the Security Setting option on the Edit menu. With the master password entered here, you can quickly install a newly received library update disc and not re-enter any security information.

If, however, you purchase additional publications that are on an existing PPC Library disc, you can immediately gain access to the new publication by entering a Product Access Code you receive either from the Sales Department or on your invoice. You enter this code by clicking Security Setting option on the Edit menu. This is the only time you need product access codes. When you receive your next updated library disc, any publications you purchased during the month will have been added to your master password and will automatically be available when you install the update.
