Checkpoint Learning enables the administrator to change an individual employee password or all employee account passwords.Note: Passwords are not case sensitive and must be a minimum of 8 characters.To edit an individual employee password, do the following:
- Navigate to the Employee Manager
Select the name of the Employee
- From the left menu pane, underneath the Employees Menu, select Reset Password
The Reset Password page appears.
- In the Password Details section, make the following changes:
New Password – Enter a temporary password.
Confirm Password – Reenter the temporary password.
Click the Submit button to save changes.
Note: "You can send the new password to the professional by clicking on the 'Send' button below or cancel it. This is a temporary password and the professional will need to change the password when he/she logs in for the first time."
To edit all employee account passwords, do the following:WARNING: This feature will reset the password of all employees whose professional account is owned by this organization.
To reset the passwords of ALL employees on the company's account
- Navigate to the Employee Manager
- From the left menu pane, underneath Global Menu, select reset passwords.
The Reset Password page appears.
Important! Use this option ONLY if requesting to reset ALL employees' passwords on the company's account.
- In the Password Details section, make the following changes:
New Password – Enter a temporary password.
Confirm Password – Reenter the temporary password.
Click the Submit button to save changes.
